Directions from Shannon Airport.
There are three ways of getting from Shannon Airport to island View B & B. The route to Ennis is the same for all routes.

Take the N18 from Shannon to Ennis.
At the second big roundabout in Ennis on the N18, take the left exit onto the N85 heading towards Lahinch or Ennistymon. From here you have three choices of route.

Route 1: via Corofin and Kilfenora.

Travel about one mile on the N85. You will then come to a right turn signposted Corofin and Kilfenora. Turn right onto R??? and travel through Corofin and onto Kilfenora. In Kilfenora turn left onto R478 and continue straight on past Lisdoonvarna. You will come to a junction just past Foudys petrol station. Cross the N67 and onto the R478. This road brings you towards the Cliffs of Moher. Island View is one mile from this junction on the left hand side of the road.


Route 2: via Inagh and Ennistymon.

Continue on the N85 through Inagh towards Ennistymon. Drive straight through Ennistymon towards Lisdoonvarna on the N67. At the crossroads one mile south of Lisdoonvarna, turn left onto the R478. This road brings you towards the Cliffs of Moher. Island View is one mile from this junction on the left hand side of the road.

Route 3: via Ennistymon, Lahinch and the Cliffs of Moher. (Longest route)

Continue on the N85 through Inagh towards Ennistymon. Turn left and stay on the N85 traveling to Lahinch. At Lahinch turn right onto the R478 and stay on this road passing through Liscannor and passing by the Cliffs of Moher. We are 5 miles north of the Cliffs of Moher on the right hand side of the road.
