I & RFB Silversmith I & RFB Silversmith, Celtic Jewellery, is based in Doolin, Co. Clare on the west coast of Ireland. They work in silver and gold, making traditional and contemporary jewellery inspired by old celtic patterns. "They" stands for Inge and Robert. Robert qualified in 1980 and started the business in Doolin 1984. Inge joined 1994. The shop / workshop in Fisherstreet opened in 1989.
